Joining Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc on August 1, 2024, Executive Chef Đồng Trần brings over sixteen years of culinary mastery rooted in Vietnam’s rich gastronomic heritage. Beginning his career in August 2008, he honed his craft across prestigious brands such as Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers, Bay Hotel, and Corona Resort & Casino. Chef Đồng and his culinary team is celebrating the authentic Vietnamese flavors with the launch of new menu in late 2025 at Sandals, The Market. The new menu is expected to elevate traditional recipes with refined techniques while championing local ingredients from Phu Quoc’s land and sea. At Sailing Club Signature Resort, his vision blends cultural authenticity with modern creativity, delivering dining experiences that honor Vietnam’s culinary soul and inspire a new era of resort gastronomy.
